Gym rules and regulations
- The gym is intended for students and employees of VŠE.
- All gym users enter the gym at their own risk.
- To access the gym, gym users are obliged to book in advance and pay the entrance fee.
- By entering the gym, gym users agree to GDPR, the premises are under surveillance.
- Entry to the gym is only permitted in appropriate gym attire – in clean good quality footwear designed for exercise and suitable clean sports clothing.
- The premises are under surveillance to protect material assets and gym usersʼ safety and to prevent crime. Only the operator – CTVS – has access to the footage.
- Safe behaviour is always required so as not to jeopardise the safety of others.
- Gym users are responsible for maintaining order on premises, for the protection of property and for damages caused by violation of the rules and regulations. If any equipment is found to be faulty/malfunctioning or there are any accidents, gym users are obliged to report this to the person in charge.
- Polite behaviour is always required – no vulgarism will be accepted.
- No smoking and no open fire on premises. People under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are not allowed to enter the gym.
- When finished, gym users are obliged to put the equipment in its original condition. All barbells, dumbbells, plates, etc. must be returned to their designated places after use.
- Gym users who do not comply with the gym rules and regulations may be banned from the premises.
