The course introduces students to yoga and its use in maintaining health. Special attention is paid to breathing exercises and relaxation to reduce stress and tension. During the lessons, the yoga series is taught, which students gradually learn and practice. The series alternates static and dynamic exercises, which leads to detoxification, decreasing imbalances and strengthening the body.
