The lessons take place in the USK Praha shipyard in Malá Chuchle and in the Brandýs nad Labem water slalom center. It is intended for beginners and advanced as well. In the winter months, when lessons cannot be held outside, students learn the Eskimo turn in the pool or get to know other sports such as orienteering or sports climbing on an artificial climbing wall. The semester course is followed by non-semester summer sports courses at LSK České Vrbné, LSK water tourism or weekend events of river rafting or exercises in artificial slalom courses.
The condition for participation in the lessons is to be able to swim well, which is verified by a swimming test in the Vltava.
Students can also practice canoeing in the canoeing team of VŠTJ Ekonom.
