Tai Chi is a pleasant slow exercise that relaxes the whole body, in which the mind is connected to the body while maintaining natural breathing.

Exercising Tai-Chi regularly has got a positive effect on tendons, joints, muscles, internal tissues and nervous system. It improves concentration, relaxation, coordination of movement, the use of force and protection against injuries.

Neither strength nor speed is required to exercise Tai-Chi. Mind, breathing and body exercises are available to all.
