The basics of self-defense are based on the techniques of Aikido and Karate. Relaxation, stretching and breathing exercises are also part of the course. The individual techniques emphasize the correct posture, maintaining the centre of body correctly, the right muscle contraction and relaxation and the complex muscles stress of the whole body.

Practicing martial arts allows not only to improve the ability of self-defence in the event of attack, but also improve the harmonious development of the whole personality, physical and mental development and the ability of coping with stressful situations.
